A European Watch Market Development Team was
formed to develop a new niche market to diversify their sales
and cope with the economic recession. The team visited various
areas from June 1-12, such as Frankfurt, Stockholm, Moscow
and Seoul.
Eight companies joined the team, most of them
wristwatch companies. These are:

- Edwin Watch Co.
- Michel Claud Watch Corp.
- Morae Watch Co., Ltd
- P.S Company
- Raucci Watch Co., Ltd
- Romanson Co., Ltd
- SWC Corp.
Korean Watch Makers have big presence at New
York
There will be 1,450 exhibitors occupying 35,000
square meters. Korea is occupying 14 booths measuring 9 square
meters each. KOTRA will help in the rental fees to minimize
the use of support funding by participating companies.
